QuickUse Generator

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of QuickUse Generator, the website located at quickusegenerator.com (the "Site"), including every generator, article, and tool we publish on it. By visiting the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who runs this site

QuickUse Generator is operated by the publisher identified on the Contact page. Our principal place of business for these Terms is Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean QuickUse Generator.

What the service is

QuickUse Generator is a free online toolbox that provides interactive generators, short educational guides, and reference content covering topics such as cryptographic randomness (passwords, tokens, UUIDs), visual data (QR codes, color palettes, gradients), test data for development (fake names, addresses, identifiers in valid-format-but-not-issued ranges), and similar everyday utilities.

Every generator is strictly informational or a development aid. Nothing on the Site is advice — legal, security, medical, or otherwise. We document the standards and algorithms each generator follows on the Methodology page so you can evaluate suitability for your use case.

Some generators produce data that follows the format of personal identifiers (CPF, CNPJ, SSN, credit card numbers, etc.) for the explicit purpose of QA, software testing, form validation, and educational demonstration. **These outputs must never be used fraudulently** — using a fake-but-format-valid CPF to impersonate someone, open a bank account, or evade taxes is a crime in Brazil (Código Penal Art. 297, 298, 299) and in every other jurisdiction we are aware of.

Acceptable use

The Site is provided for ordinary human use. When using it you agree not to:

(a) send automated traffic that degrades performance for other users or scrapes content at industrial scale;

(b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent any security feature;

(c) upload any file or input any string intended to execute code on our infrastructure;

(d) use the Site in connection with any unlawful activity, including using generated test-data identifiers (CPF, SSN, credit card) for fraud, identity theft, money laundering, tax evasion, or any other crime;

(e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

(f) use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization.

We may block access from IPs or devices that violate these rules. We may cooperate with law enforcement when presented with valid legal process related to (d).

No warranties

The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Generators are implementations of public standards and algorithms (RFC 4122 for UUIDs, ISO/IEC 18004 for QR codes, Brazilian Receita Federal modulus-11 for CPF check digits, etc.). We follow the published specifications and test against known reference vectors, but we cannot guarantee zero bugs, perfect compliance with future spec revisions, or behavior identical to every third-party implementation.

Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional advice or audited cryptographic libraries. For security-critical applications (signing keys, production credentials, regulatory compliance evidence), use a vetted, audited library appropriate to your jurisdiction and risk profile — not a web page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QuickUse Generator, its operators, affiliates, contributors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where the foregoing limitations are not permitted, our total cumulative liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed BRL 100 (one hundred Brazilian reais) or the equivalent in your local currency.

Advertising and third-party services

The Site is supported by display advertising via Google AdSense. Ads served on the Site may include cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies operated by Google and its advertising partners. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies page for details. We do not endorse advertised products or services; click and use at your own discretion.

We may also use third-party services for analytics (Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights), error reporting (Sentry), and hosting (Cloudflare Pages, Vercel). Each service operates under its own terms; using the Site implies you accept the consequence that these processors may receive limited operational data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site content — including text, layout, design, code, brand elements (the "QuickUse Generator" mark, logos, color palettes), and original editorial — is owned by us or our licensors. You may view, print, and share excerpts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish substantial portions of our editorial without written permission. The algorithms and formulas themselves are public-domain or governed by their respective standards (RFC, ISO, etc.); our implementation, wording, and editorial framing are not.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site after a material change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the Site before the effective date.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
